On the V.9 of Odoo, is there a way to allow people to answer to a forum without any subscription?

In order to fight spamming, you need karma points to be able to post, answer and comment questions. In order to gain karma points, you need to be registered.
Just a crazy idea:
What could be worth to try is if you give the public user a karma of 8 points, one should be able to post answer and comments without signing in.
I didn't notice there where a public user, haw can I find it & configure it?
