I would like to adjust the number of items without using a purchasing module. Is this possible? For example, I already have 3 pcs of Hard drives, 5 pcs of RAM modules etc. on stock in the office and I would like to add them in the Inventory just to align my warehouse and Odoo Inventory products number. How can I manage that?
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project management
- MRP

Thank you for your answers, but I already tried all of this, but updating QTY On Hand does not work with me. For example:
- I create the new product "test" -> qty 0 (off course) -> update qty on hand -> at "start Inventory" I select Physical Location, One product Only -> set Real Quantity to 1 -> "Validate Inventory" -> "Save"
When I look at Master Data-> Products there's still "0" On Hand! ????!! Then I check On Hand by clicking on Icon and I can see Stock on Hand (My product->Physical Locations/Stock/Inventory adjustment -> Quantity on hand -1!! And row below Physical Locations//Stock -> Quantity on hand "1")
Why "-1" at Inventory adjustment?? Why is this set automatically? By this means that I have always SUM = "0" product On Hand!!!
In case if I buy 5 products via the Purchasing module, then I got 5 pcs On Hand but I can't adjust Products On Hand manually.
Thank you for the explanation
hello leo vrho,
you could use inventory adjustments or update quantity on hand on products in inventory to adjust quantity

Hello Leo,
By using Inventory Adjustments we can update stock for the products.
