We need to add a line for tips on the receipt that is pre-printed to that customer so that they may sign and write in the tip amount( like every  other location -mostly here in the US)

Also we require way to do a tip adjustment at the end of the night. So for example the waitress may not know the tip at the time the client signs. So at the end of the shift close out then all tips are added and verified and the register is closed.

I hope this makes sense. 

1.Ring up order w/ items

2. Will swipe credit card with sale amount

3. Print receipt w/(tip line)

4. Customer will sign add necessary tip

5. At end of night will do a POS session close out * here its called a tip adjustment should be able to be done.

6. Close and Validate Posting the entries

So we would need the ability to change the billed amount on the credit card to include the tip.
