Hello! I am new to Odoo and currently working as a Junior Odoo Developer.
I am assigned to a task which adding percentage column to each line (not sure it should be every of them, or some) of both Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports.

What's the best way to achieve this?

but the field is not there already, how can I directly show it in xml while the field is not in python yet?
Inherit report do change in xml file it will work
ok, i have checked the xml file, which is "account_report_view.xml"
but there, i can only see the fields of setting, not the actual report lines
fyi, those reports are not the direct model, they are the objects made from "account.financial.html.report" model
In accounting report, it shows account.move.line record so you can add it in accout.move.line amount field
