I'm trying to add the partner phone number to the Aged Receivable report (both PDF and XLSX formats) for improving communication efficiency. Including this contact information directly in the report allows the accounts and collections teams to quickly reach out to partners regarding outstanding balances, streamlining follow-ups and accelerating payment processes. but I tried to add it from Odoo Studio but couldn't do it
The way to Followup with Customers is to use the following Filters:
Then you can see everything include the Phone Number:
Adding the phone number is not possible directly through Odoo Studio, as it requires customization via code.
We already have a similar customization in place for including the PO number in the Aged Receivable report.
We can follow the same approach to extend the report (both PDF and XLSX) and include the partner phone number as well.
