Adding Contract section in Employee module

Question

I have created some employees but the contract tab (which is usually next to contact, documents) once you open their profile is missing for some of the employees.
How do i get it for all employees to enter their contract details?

Thank you so much for the blog link.
But when i go to the contract section in the employee module, I don't see the 'create' option in the view. so I am not able to create new contract for already existing employee. I have all the access right as an user/administrator.
Could you suggest anything regarding this?
