Could you suggest me an effective add-on for complete asset management and download path? Thanks for help.

Download Path: You can find and download it from the official GitHub repository:
https://github.com/OCA/account-financial-tools [1]
Look for the module named:  account_asset_management
How to Use:  Place the module in your custom addons folder
Activate developer mode
Update the app list and install Account Asset Management  It’s community-driven, regularly maintained, and works well with Odoo Community Edition.

You can find the latest version from v7 to v18.
2. https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/18.0/base_accounting_kit [2]
This module also manages assets. You can find the latest version from v13 to v18.
