how to Add a new access group in the user's access as the example in the picture



I tried to add but still I find in the Application group

Hello, in question not clear. As your code says it has one category which has two groups. and it works as drop down like we have in sales group.

If you need two check boxes for two groups. Than remove the implied ids from manager group.

If still not achieving your requirement. please provide proper information what you want to achieve.
