I am looking to add a dynamic field into an email template and I would like to use the information input into the "feedback" notes when an activity is marked complete. I have searched all through the popup menus when utilizing the /field command and cannot find anything that would match up. Please let me know if you can find something! TIA

That is not the feedback option I am looking for. I am looking for the feedback option that an internal user can add when marking an activity as done. I want to use that information being added into a dynamic field in an email template.
