OpenERP is complete ERP package in itself. Try to dig it more to see if this meets your requirements.
Why would you want to integrate an ERP system with an ERP system? Which accpac are you referring to, which modules, and why? For example, Openerp has its own core accounting modules which are already integrated with the ERP.
