If I buy a laptop for resale, it goes in to the B010 100100 Stock in the balance sheet.
When I make a sale, what do I have to decrease the value of Stock in the balance sheet?
I just cant wrap my head around it.

This will depend on your settings for the Category or the product, you will need the inventory valuation set to
'real time(automated)' or Perpetual (automated) (depends on which Odoo version you are running)
to reduce your stock in real time
