Hi,
I'm a newbie and looking for a way to create an order form that is kind which can be converted into a quotation. Let me explain the situation in more detail.
So a client calls us to book a meeting room(s) and a some of extra's for a conference.
What our sales person does is, she sends the client after the call a order form(pdf) where in he/she needs to select and fill in the details: room(s), date(s), the number of participants, number of tables, etc.
Once the clients has completed this form, he/she sends it back by email, and our sales person creates out of this form a quotation. She also passes on the information to the person who manages the meeting rooms.
Now what we would like to have is, that our sales person can send to the client a link to a webpage, where he/she can select and fill in check all the desired options: meeting room(s), date(s), etc.
Once the list is completed, there should be a 'confirmation' button, sending the list the back-end.
BTW this 'form-page' should stay accessible in case there are any changes.
What I have in mind is a page that is similar to the 'Quotation' page that can be emailed to our clients, the one where there's at to bottom the possibility to respond. BTW the meeting rooms etc. are all articles in our 'Sales' section.
Finally at the back-end I would like to see this form, that has been completed and confirmed, arrive within the CRM's Lead of the client, and have the option to turn it into a quotation.
In case there are any changes I'd like to give our sales person, or the client, the option to access again this form and be able to update, and again confirm it. For example change the number of participants.

I've been experimenting with the form builder, but I can only send an email or a lead, and cannot go back and forth.
Any ideas on how to tackle this, or is there a developer who's interested in building this?
Looking forward to your suggestions.
Best,
Michel
