how it can be possible if

we define a rule for employee user he can see or read his record only and he can read attendance of all employee

but problem is that he can not read other employees so it is access error you can not read employee in attendance

can anyone have any idea that get solve ??

for your information.. you can see in project, task a user can read task related a project which he can't access even read he can see many2one field project in task but while he click on that field access error is shown , it is very good
