This is when trying to create an invoice with a fixed down payment. The salesperson has these access rights set on their account:

We figured it out. The issue was we didn't have a deposit product set on Settings > Sales > Down Payment.
I'm guesting you have custom addons right?
And in order to investigate, you can give me the logs, or activate the debug mode and when you encounter this error, the popup window will have a small button call 'show more detail' or something, press that and copy paste the whole content. With that i can help you investigate sir
There is not Show More Detail button with Debug Mode turned on. Also on Odoo log, it logs it as only what you can see on the popup, no additional information.
Oh yes i forgot this is error for access right.
Ok do you have any custom modules that you have bought or develop. If you have, is it related to account, invoice module may cause the problem. You can ask someone who have right to your addons to check sir
Or you can me the addons to check. for now i free for 1, 2 hours, because currently it is 9 P.M (GMT+7)
We do have some custom modules but none of them are modifying anything for the Invoicing or the Accounting module.
Are you sure, you know anything about coding or odoo development sir?

Yes, it is Odoo 17. I do some development now and then. I checked the manifest of all the custom modules that we have and none of them had account as a dependency.
This wizard is part of the /'sale/' module.
If you can't replicate this problem on https://runbot.odoo.com then it is more than likely due to custom modules.
Based on the default Access Rights in Odoo, nobody has access to edit a company record apart from those in the group mentioned in the error.
It is not needed by any other group.
