Hello, we have uploaded maintenance requests but it does not allow me to mark as completed.

I get the following message:


You cannot delete reports 'Activity' (mail.activity)

No groups currently allow this operation.

Contact your admin to request access if needed


Please your prompt help to solve this problem.

Hi,
Did you alter any rules or access rights related to the mail.activity model in your db ? If yes, just revert it and see.

Also verify the access rights for the model mail.activity in your db, 

* Enable debug mode
* Open mail.activity model from Models menu in settings -> technical -> database structure -> models

 I think you need to check the users roles permission for the respective roles.

Hi,

Went to settings -> users -> select the required user, In the groups below, make sure you have set the below group for maintenance.
