I have added a new field [Employee: ] in the MO template. When I try to take the printout of the production order the field is not being reflected. Please help me to resolve this.

Hi,
What changes you have applied to the report ? From which field the value is taken to print ? Will be better if you show some more details like the changes done in the report.
If you need current logged in user name in the report: t-esc="request.env.user.name"
