Hi,

In Odoo v8 I was used to be able to setup each followup level by an email template. It looks like in v9 Online that only a simple text field is editable and no more email template are available here.

Additionnaly, there was a menu allowing to compute the followup in the accounting menu, it looks like it has disappears. Is it normal, am I missing something?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Yes it ain't support the template anymore and you need to put manual text to compose the email, this might help you,

You can see payment followup details in below link. This feature available in enterprise version.

Hello,

Account followup feature moved to Enterprise version of Odoo 9/10 so it won't be show with community edition.

Thanks for this resource. Yet I can't see if email templates still possible in followup levels. Any idea?
