[8] odoo 8 worked fine during a year, now is impossible to upluad attachments bigger than 15K.
Disk and ram are ok.
Any idea how to solve this problem?

Do you have a web server like Apach or Nginx in front of Odoo? Both have limits on file size of uploads.
