In Odoo you can manually change all URLs to your old ones or you can redirect your old URLs to the new ones Odoo has created, but then you have to recreate all your blogs in Odoo first in order to know the new ones. And then it is not an Odoo problem, but a problem with your proxy server and therefore off topic for this forum.
