the biggest advantage of a crm system is that our employes can reach informations anytime.. but their is one problem.. the notes and mail function in odoo is very decentral. i got a call addon for my odoo/asterisks server and everytime a customer is calling it opens my customer main sheet from where i can see anything... the problem is that i dont have a central space for notes.
if customer got a question to an invoice and calls us... the question can be wrote down to the invoice tab, the calls tab or the customer tab itself.. everything makes sense to me. but to find that notes its not very intuitive.
if i write everything to the main customer sheet, it will be very confusing after time, especally when you have more than one chance to manage. but i would like to wrote it down where it belongs... infos to quotation, should be wrote to the quote, but i want to see the info to the quote also in the chance, and even in the customer sheet which opens when my customer calls me.
