Hello everyone, I have a problem with Manufacturing Orders

There is only 1 work order from the Sales, but the Manufacturing Orders has a MO number According to the list of products that ordered

But my work flow : example

"Product about : figure model"

Products : Man standing / Woman sitting / Child sleeping

Option : blonde hair, blue shirt / black hair, red shirt / orange hair, White shirt

Production process: 1. 3D printing / 2. Trimming / 3. Assembling / 4. Coloring / 5. Coating

There is a Sales order

- Woman sitting / blonde hair, blue shirts 10 Units

- Woman sitting / black hair, red shirts 10 Units

- Woman sitting / orange hair, White shirts 10 Units

3D printed 30 pieces all at the same process.

Trim figure 30 pieces all at the same process.

Assemble 30 pieces all at the same process.

And coated 30 pieces all at the same process.

Just separate 10 Units / 10 Units / 10 Units when painting

Being like this makes repetition in planning, What should I do to make my work able to plan effectively, would like to consult and find a solution here.

thank you...

If you set this up as multilevel manufacturing, you should get this:

A semifinished product is what has been through the 3 first processes. That manufctauring order deliver to stock, and is a component in the manufacturing orders for the finished product that is painted.

Most likely you would use product variants. And since you will have three different combinations of variants, you will get three different manufacturing orders.
