To sell the Digital Contents like ebooks that should be downloaded by the user upon payment completion in Odoo 16,
You can go to Settings > Website > Shop - Checkout Process > 'Digital Content' - Turn on this
This shall allow you to add a download link at the end of checkout for Products which are digitally sold like Ebooks etc.
Hi, Try the following steps,
1) Install in apps: digital products
2) On your product form a new tab appears: Digital Files
You can then add any type of file you want to your product

Grant portal access to your customer. Once they have purchased and
fully paid their invoice on their sales order a button will appear for
"download' where they will be able to download the files you have
attached to your products.
