Is there any way of doing this?
When I enter "Search for Tag 1" followed by "Search for Tag 2" Odoo merges them into "Search for Tag 1 OR Tag 2", I want to perform "Search for Tag 1 AND Tag 2".
I´m new to Odoo and I couldn't find any obvious setting for this. My apologies for not including the Odoo version, but I can't find that either.

I found an addon module that works for using AND instead of OR in other searches throughout Odoo. I can't test right now, but it probably works in Documents, too.
It's called web-search-with-and (I can't link it here yet).
I'm new to Odoo, too, but can't imagine why this wouldn't work for you.
