the issue is not with the system, seems you have opted a wrong person for the implementation purpose
Your bad opinion is an exception. You have lot of official information from Odoo itself that can help you to succeed, if you don't want to spend more money. Go to "tutorials" section. Nevertheless, if you don't want to be involved directly because is not your subject, I advice you get one of the thousands of advisers or partners you can find, not only in Odoo's site.
