Images on Email did not open on destiny

Question

I'm use the Odoo17 on  a local machine.
When I paste an image on email body or use the command "/" and add an image on email body the receiver cannot see the images, only the texts.
If I attached the image, the receiver can download and see the image too.
I'm running the database on local machine with name of http://simul-3:1973/ . I have set the web.base.url as the address http://simul-3:1973/ . But look like Odoo cannot embedded the image on email body.

Please can someone help me?

*Enable Attachment Storage for Images in Emails:*
Odoo can embed images as *attachments* instead of using local URLs. Go to *Settings ‣ Technical ‣ Parameters ‣ System Parameters*. Search for mail.force.attachment and set its value to *True*. If the key doesn’t exist, create it manually. *Restart Odoo Server* to Apply Changes:  *Clear Email Queue & Resend the Email*
Go to *Settings ‣ Technical ‣ Emails*. Locate the failed email and resend it.
