In Odoo there are hundreds if not thousands of "individuals", i.e. "personal contacts".
That are not assigned to any company.
There are actually a few of these “individual” contacts that were also created “by hand”.
and are also required but the large part is actually data garbage.
These "individual" contacts were probably created automatically by Odoo itself.

We remember here at our place that Odoo, at least in the older past, these contacts
automatically created when a mail was imported its sender or recipient mail address could not be found in Odoo.

 

This automatism should actually have been switched off.

Now we have the following questions:
Is this automatism really inactive and if not, can it be implemented?
If the automatism has been switched off, these "individual" contacts can be deleted collectively or have them archived?
