How to add USDT as one of the company's currency for daily transactions?

You would need to manually add the Currency record itself via the Accounting --> Configuration --> Accounting --> Currencies Menu. Activate Developer Mode before doing this.
We only support three digit ISO codes for currencies, so you will need to use something like US₮
It will default to 1 USDT = 1 USD. The live currency rate feeds we leverage do not have rates for Tether so if the rate changes from 1:1 then you will have to add rates yourself.
