In order to create a customized report, I followed the steps outlined in this document https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/13.0/accounting/others/reporting/customize.html.  Instead of creating one from scratch, I duplicated the Executive Summary report and modified my copy of it. 

I can see the new report I created listed under Accounting --> Configuration --> Financial Reports with the Parent Menu for my report as Accounting/Reporting/US GAAP. I did create a new Menu Item 'My Executive Summary' under the parent menu.  For my new report, I have set the Menu Item as Accounting/Reporting/US GAAP/My Executive Summary. 

However, I do NOT see the report show up under Accounting --> Reporting --> US GAAP menu.  What am I doing wrong and how do I execute my report?
