How or where can we change the email template that is used when sending customer/payment follow-ups via Accounting > Customers > Follow-up Reports.
I do not mean the body or message of the email, but the general settings (such as the "from" or "reply-to" address, etc.)

I think that the Email Template for follow ups is pre-configured one, and you cannot modify the reports on odoo studio also.
The best solution is to Customize the Code.
