Hi,

I am working on leading national development NGO the have 9 Programs with several activities that are applied on 12 Provinces, each province has one or more CC's (Community Centers). Those activities and community centers are financed by several partners.

I'm looking for a solution on Odoo that can provide me reporting all journal entries (including bills) by at least the following:

* Accounts

* Provinces and its CC's

* Programs and its activities

* Partners

In oracle this would work perfectly by segmenting the account, but Odoo doesn't do that, it uses analytic accounts, but its only one dimension, including CC's and activities and partners on single field will be inefficient and confuses the users more than helping them.

Is there any solution that can help with such case, I'm using Odoo 13

You should review your business process and define your business objects accordingly. Analytic accounts refer mostly to business objects and the Chart of Accounts is not the proper tool to segment your operations. You may think about the project app for programs and activities and you may also look at the operating unit project of the Odoo Community Association for Provinces and CCs.
