Eligibility

This challenge is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

•  MBA/PGDM students with an interest in sales roles
•  Familiar with or willing to learn Odoo applications
•  Strong problem-solving and communication skills
•  Tech-savvy individuals with a creative mindset

Registration Deadline – 11 May 2025, 11:00 PM

Round 1 Results – 14 May 2025, 7:00 PM 

Final Round – 17 May 2025, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Odoo IN Hq, Gandhinagar)

Round 1: Learn, Prepare, Register (Virtually)

1) Learn about Odoo Applications 

• Before participating, you have to learn the Odoo apps, which include CRM, Sales, Website, Inventory, and Purchase applications. 
• All the tutorials are available at https://www.odoo.com/slides.

2) Prepare a Demo

• Analyze the given use case : read the use case
• Perform the use case with the help of Demo.odoo.com
• Record a demo video explaining the business solution using Odoo
• Watch an example video for guidance : watch now
  

3) Register for the Challenge

• This is an individual challenge (no team submissions)
• Create a Google Drive folder with open access, upload your video to this folder
• Complete your individual registration on Odoo's Business Challenge page

Round 2: Surprise, Explore, Present (On-site)

• Only shortlisted individuals will be invited to the Odoo India HQ for a one-day final round
• Bring your laptops and creativity
• Upon arrival, a surprise business use case will be shared
• Participants must analyze, build, and solve the case using Odoo by developing a structured Odoo-powered business solution
• Receive feedback from expert odoo reviewers
  
• By the end of the day, selected participants will make public presentations of their solutions
• Top performers will be offered employment opportunities based on their performance and eligibility
