Am I required to use an accounting software that connects with Servis eRačun?
Croatia has made electronic invoicing through the Servis eRačun platform mandatory for all Business-to-Government (B2G) transactions. Businesses issuing invoices to public administrations must submit them via Servis eRačun to ensure legal validity. In addition, Croatia is introducing new requirements which will soon make real-time, tamper-proof invoicing mandatory for many Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. These measures are part of Croatia's efforts to fight tax fraud and align with the EU’s VAT in the Digital Age (ViDA) initiative. More information -->
