Is that posible to remove or hide any tax feature on v7? I mean to disable the tax in sales / purchase. Also to remove it on the printed invoice. Thanks...

There is no general switch which disables the whole tax functionality and hides all tax fields. You have to manually update all
- views
- reports
But even then I can not guarantee whether there are modules which require a valid entry in one of the tax fields.
