Realised by Odoo Gold Partner braintec. With around 30'000 members, syndicom is one of the largest labour unions in the Swiss Labour Union Federation SGB and represents employees and self-employed workers in 15 industries with a focus on logistics, ICT and media. 

What braintec has implemented: braintec has digitised syndicom's most important business processes in Odoo. The implementation includes finance with full accounting and expense management, CRM, helpdesk, marketing (newsletter, automated marketing, SMS and social media marketing), as well as sales, subscriptions, events, e-learning, website and project management.
