Die Lösung
Auf Basis der Open-Source Software Odoo hat IT IS ein neues System implementiert, welches die Abbildung der Unternehmensprozesse bei Soley ermöglicht und den Besonderheiten des Kunden Rechnung trägt. Das Odoo-System wird im deutschen Rechenzentrum von IT IS gehostet. Neben dem Finanzbereich, lag der Schwerpunkt vor allem auf dem CRM (Customer Relationship Management) sowie der Erfassung von Projekten und Tickets.

Data Analytics Software for Engineers - Soley’s mission is to turn experts into data scientist! Products, processes, organisational value chains – all this forms the basis of complex networks. Data collection has developed into a complicated process, where information is gathered from diverse resources. Experts often face an incredibly challenging issue, being forced to consolidate and present data manually in order to take better decisions.
Soley’s technology makes this process more efficient! With the solutions of Soley at hand, companies master and automate complicated challenges in an agile way, and easily share expert knowledge in your company. Among Soley’s customers, there are industrial companies such as Festo, HILTI and MAN, who are nowadays substantially reducing their costs and making decisions considerably better and more quickly with Soley.
The solution
Based on the open source software odoo, IT IS implemented a new system, which can handle the business processes of Soley, and considers the specialties of the company. The odoo-system is hosted in a german data-center by IT IS . Besides the finance section, the main focus of the project was the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) as well as the handling of projects and tickets/issues.
