Sazgar Engineering, founded in 1991, is well-known for its 3-wheeler vehicles and tractor-wheel

rims, with a global presence in over 20 countries. Despite its scale, Sazgar faced challenges in

managing leads and tracking customer journeys. Dealerships used to store crucial data in Excel

files, making it easy to lose information and difficult for sales and marketing teams to track leads

effectively.

We introduced Odoo ERP to centralize lead management, which replaces scattered

spreadsheets with a secure database. Real-time updates improved visibility, while customized

features and hands-on training helped staff maximize the system’s potential. As a result, data

loss dropped, and lead tracking became more efficient.
