Robusta is an Egyptian parent company operating across multiple consumer categories—including spices and herbs (attār/grocery ingredients), coffee and coffee derivatives, and a café business. The group serves both companies and individual customers, and extends beyond Egypt through sister companies and related entities in Kuwait (including Green Power) as well as additional group operations in the United States and the UAE.

With multiple business lines and cross-border entities, Robusta needed a clear and organized way to align operations, manage day-to-day workflows, and maintain visibility across teams and markets—without losing control as the group continues to expand.
