Pauw is a Dutch retail organization focused on luxury women's and men's clothing. The company has stores spread throughout the Netherlands. In addition to its own brand, Pauw Amsterdam, Pauw offers a carefully curated selection of international brands. Customers can visit both the physical stores and the online shop for a diverse collection of clothing, shoes, and accessories.
At Pauw, Odoo is used for purchasing, sales, logistics, WMS, helpdesk, HR, and accounting. The built-in OMS enables Pauw to offer the inventory of all stores online and to centrally ship orders from their warehouse via internal routes. An integration layer connects Odoo to various frontend applications, such as an e-commerce / POS and return management platform. This fits perfectly within the composable strategy, where various building blocks form an integrated system.
