Ormi Management is a management and consultancy firm operating across Switzerland, Dubai, and Greece, supporting companies in the commodities-trading and energy sectors. The sector is regulatory-heavy and the operating geography is multi-jurisdictional, which means compliance is not a back-office department but the product itself. That demand shapes what the ERP underneath has to do. 

As Ormi's Odoo integration partner, we deployed Odoo across Accounting, HR, Sales, and Purchase. The accounting layer carries both the Greek and the Dubai (UAE) regimes inside the same instance: Greek accounting on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules for real-time AADE submission, and the Dubai localisation handling the UAE side. The HR layer is the second distinctive piece: a payroll layer customised to Ormi's multi-jurisdiction compensation model and a calendar surface enhanced for the cross-jurisdictional operational shape the firm runs against. 

The outcome is a multi-country consultancy that can attest to its own regulatory posture because the system does, with less administrative overhead, more efficient cross-department management, and a single ERP across the Greek, Swiss, and Dubai surfaces of the operation.
