MonoFish is a growing fish company in Ghana, dedicated to supplying premium-quality catfish in various forms — fresh, smoked, dried, grilled, and prepared as pepper soup. We currently raise part of our stock in our own controlled ponds and are committed to expanding this capacity to eventually grow all the fish we sell. From responsible farming to careful processing and packaging, we aim to deliver safe, fresh, and flavorful products to families, individuals, and businesses.

Our mission is to become one of the largest and most respected companies in Ghana’s fish industry. We recognize that the local fish market is largely unstructured, and we are determined to play a leading role in bringing greater organization, transparency, and reliability to this sector.
