Laina Finance was founded in 2018 with the vision to provide access to modern technologies in Africa. In 2019, it was officially registered and disbursed its first loan. In 2020, Laina Finance partnered with Vodacom Tanzania to become the smart phone financer in all Vodashops and launched Nafuu Loans
