The ongoing implementation includes:
1. Sales - Quotation and invoice creation in Odoo, with centralized contact management for both domestic and international customers and vendors.
2. CRM - Setup of the CRM module for tracking and recording presales activities and customer interactions.
3. Procurement - Use of the Purchase app for managing RFQs and purchase orders with external vendors.
4. Accounting - Localized Serbian accounting setup with full SEF (e-invoicing) integration.
5. Inventory Management - Warehouse and location tracking, including separate flows for standard stock and project-specific materials; implementation of complex product types and predefined product bundles.
6. Projects - Project and site management to enable tracking of activities and materials per location.
7. Manufacturing - Simple production workflows for assembling finished goods and handling custom modifications.
The project is in progress and will continue to evolve to fully meet the operational needs of Input DOO within the shopfitting domain.
