Zabezpečuje colné vyhlásenia a colné zastupovanie, hlásenia Intrastat, registráciu EORI, osvedčenia o pôvode tovaru, colné poradenstvo a ručenie za colný dlh. Spoločnosť je držiteľom certifikátu AEO (schválený hospodársky subjekt) a sídli v areáli Colného úradu v Nitre.

Klient potreboval sprehľadniť evidenciu dočasného dovozu paliet s viazanou colnou zábezpekou. Palety prichádzajú do EÚ importom a pri vývoze sa odpisujú – pričom jeden vývoz často odpisuje kusy z viacerých dovozov naraz, čo bolo pri doterajšej evidencii veľmi neprehľadné.
Po predimplementačnej analýze sme v Odoo postavili evidenciu na šaržiach v module Sklad. Každý dovoz sa eviduje s číslom MRN, pri vývoze sa vyberajú šarže konkrétnych dovozov a MRN sa automaticky prenesie do riadkov výdajky. Automatické akcie dopĺňajú šarže a sčítavajú odpísané kusy, pri každej príjemke vidno všetky súvisiace vývozy a report ukáže ku každému dovoznému MRN všetky vývozné MRN. Dočasný dovoz je tak možné jednoznačne uzavrieť po dosiahnutí nulového stavu. Potvrdené príjemky sú chránené pred úpravou a pre opravu chybne zadaných množstiev sme pripravili jednoduchý postup.
