Client:St. Charles Lwanga Waithaka Catholic Parish is a vibrant faith community located in Waithaka, Nairobi, Kenya. The parish serves its congregation through religious services, community outreach programs, and various social initiatives, requiring efficient management of finances, donations, events, and parish resources.
Our Contribution:
Cloudacc (K) Ltd implemented Odoo ERP for St. Charles Lwanga Waithaka Catholic Parish, deploying Accounting, Donations/Contributions Management, Purchase, and Event/Resource Tracking modules. The system was configured to centralize financial management, automate donation tracking, manage parish events and resources, and provide accurate reporting for leadership and the community.
Business Impact:
The Odoo implementation improved financial transparency, streamlined donation and expense management, and enhanced reporting capabilities. St. Charles Lwanga Waithaka Catholic Parish now benefits from real-time insights into contributions, efficient resource allocation, and a scalable system to support ongoing parish activities and community outreach programs. Sufaraa AL-Hedaya
Sufaraa Al Hedaya Founded in Cairo in 2008 and officially recognized by Egypt's Ministry of Social Solidarity, it is a non-profit organization that partners with the world-renowned Al-Azhar University to empower international Islamic students from across the globe. We provide a fully integrated support system — including safe housing, three daily meals, healthcare, Arabic language training, Quran memorization and certification, academic tutoring, financial grants, and leadership development — so that talented students can focus entirely on their studies and personal growth. Operating across multiple residential facilities in Cairo and Tanta, we currently serve over 260 students and dozens of international families and have impacted more than 4 million beneficiaries since our founding. Our mission is simple but powerful: to transform dedicated young scholars into confident, knowledgeable ambassadors of their faith — equipping them to return to their communities as the scholars, preachers, and leaders their nations need. Support for Peace and Education Development Programme
Founded in 2007, SPEDP now one of the leading NNGO was legally registered in May 25th 2009 by the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs under Reg. No. 456 and later by SSRRC in April 2011 under Registration No. 114. SPEDP is also registered in Uganda by the Ministry of Internal Affairs on 30th September, 2016 under Registration No. 0146 and registration number F.92/D.E/1.516 in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Sustainable Agriculture Foundation - Africa
Client: SAF-Africa is a development foundation supporting smallholder farmers across Africa by scaling agricultural innovations through enterprise and entrepreneurship models. They focus on research adoption, productivity, and rural resilience.
Our Contribution: We deployed Odoo’s Project, Survey, CRM, and M&E (custom) modules to track donor-funded activities, gather farmer data, and monitor project outcomes.
Business Impact: SAF-Africa digitized over 10,000 farmer records, achieved real-time reporting to donors, and streamlined M&E across multiple countries—driving more transparent, data-driven program delivery. NGO
