Imam Sadr Foundation (ISF), a well-established NGO based in Tyre and Beirut, Lebanon, operates across multiple educational, healthcare, and social service sectors. The foundation encompasses various institutions, including schools, academies, childhood centers, and vocational training programs, playing a crucial role in community development. However, ISF faced challenges with their previous Odoo partner, leading to inefficiencies in personnel management, payroll, procurement, and document handling. To optimize operations and improve workflow, ISF partnered with Azkatech, an Odoo Gold Partner, to implement a tailored Odoo ERP solution. The system was deployed in multiple phases, starting with core HR functions such as employee management, attendance tracking, time-off requests, document management, surveys, and e-learning. The second phase covered payroll, accounting, procurement, and inventory management, ensuring financial and logistical efficiency. A later phase integrated POS, manufacturing, fleet management, and healthcare services. By centralizing operations into a unified platform, ISF now benefits from improved employee tracking, automated payroll processing, transparent financial reporting, and efficient resource allocation. The integration with Odoo’s mobile application further enhances accessibility for training and notifications. This digital transformation has enabled ISF to streamline internal processes, improve service delivery, and enhance its impact on the communities it serves. NGO

Working alongside with Arxi to handle manufacturing and the integration of global processes, Zanancho has chosen an incremental Odoo implementation that is focused in specific objectives in order to optimize their internal processes.

Cinergies is a Greek social cooperative founded in 2016 whose purpose is to create and support alternative narratives to foster equitable and sustainable pathways. The cooperative specializes in transmedia documentary production and explores new mediums to cover events and share the important stories of our times integrating audio/video/photography to research and storytelling. As a team it gathers a diverse set of people, whose skills complement one another in order to document and recognize how people actively resist and shape transformational pathways. It aims to concretely enable know-how and capacity-building services to support and further disseminate the achievements of social economy and sustainability initiatives, which often suffer from a lack of visibility.
