Tarahum Charity Foundation is a licensed non-profit organization based in Dubai, established in 2012 under the supervision of the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities. The foundation supports orphans, widows, low-income families, and vulnerable individuals through food aid, healthcare support, education, and housing assistance. With a strong network of local partnerships, Tarahum is committed to promoting compassion and social welfare across the UAE.
What Oakland is going to do for them?
We are implementing a full-suite Odoo ERP solution for Tarahum Charity Foundation to streamline and digitize their internal operations and public-facing services. This includes a fully advanced HRMS covering employee records, recruitment workflows, time-off management, payroll processing with WPS compliance, and document tracking. In addition, we are deploying a centralized donation management system to handle donor contributions, beneficiary records, and financial tracking. The solution also includes a custom-designed Odoo website with online donation capabilities, allowing real-time tracking, transparency, and automated reporting to support Tarahum’s mission more effectively.
