Waarbij voorheen een maatwerk implementatie werd toegepast, vertrekt Callista vanuit de standaard mogelijkheden van de nieuwste versie van Odoo. Vestad is a technical-minded company that started using Odoo on its own but reached the limits of what was possible with Odoo Studio. They also needed an easier way to name projects within Odoo, as they were managing them externally and multiple people were working on them at once. This created a need for external development to enhance their Odoo capabilities.
Our solutions
To solve Vestad's challenges, we added a new sequence to automatically generate a project name when a project is created. We also developed a new, uneditable display field on the sales order that links directly to the project name, making it easier for them to navigate between sales orders and projects. This solution streamlined their workflow and provided better visibility across their projects.
