PRODETA ICT
Prodeta ICT is een Nederlandse IT-dienstverlener die organisaties ondersteunt bij het inrichten,beheren en optimaliseren van hun IT-omgeving. Met een sterke focus op continuïteit, security en
betrouwbaarheid bedient Prodeta een groeiende klantenkring in het MKB. Om hun eigen
bedrijfsvoering beter te ondersteunen, is Prodeta ongeveer een jaar geleden gestart met het gebruik
van Odoo als centraal ERP-systeem.
Na de initiële implementatie ontstond de behoefte om Odoo verder te optimaliseren en beter te laten
aansluiten op de dagelijkse processen. Met name op het gebied van procesinrichting, samenhang
tussen modules en financiële afhandeling zag Prodeta kansen om meer uit het systeem te halen en
handmatige stappen te reduceren.
In deze fase heeft Prodeta Tripleorange.com aangehaakt als Odoo-partner. Samen is gekeken naar
de bestaande inrichting van Odoo en hoe deze verder kon worden doorontwikkeld. Een belangrijk
onderdeel van dit traject was de implementatie en inrichting van Odoo Boekhouding, zodat financiële
processen beter geïntegreerd werden met sales, projecten en operationele activiteiten.
Door Odoo verder te structureren en processen beter op elkaar af te stemmen, krijgt Prodeta meer
inzicht en grip op de bedrijfsvoering. De samenwerking met Tripleorange.com kenmerkt zich door een
pragmatische aanpak, waarbij optimalisatie stap voor stap wordt doorgevoerd en altijd wordt gekeken
