After the merger, they reviewed systems, with Microsoft Dynamics GP reaching end of life, and Sage in Stream no longer meeting requirements. The natural progression was to unite the companies with a transition to Microsoft Business Central. But when The Directors and investors saw Odoo from Calibrate they switched their mindset to having everything in one place. The project covers Customer Relationship Management, Quotations, Products, Inventory, Assembly, Repairs, Accounting, Field Service, Projects, Timesheets, Expenses, Rentals, Document and Knowledge Management, Human Resources, Order Processing, and Quality Management.

JOB CONNECT souhaite mettre en place un nouveau système d’information pour le secteur dont il est spécialiste : les RH. Job Connect souhaite digitaliser au maximum, avec une solution informatique de gestion, l’ensemble de ses processus RH. JobConnect Maroc est une Employment Agency, c’est une agence de recrutement basée à Rabat, spécialisée dans la fourniture de services en ressources humaines.La recherche du profil idéal pour les clients peut être ardue. Pour un seul poste, Job Connect peut recevoir plus de 1000 CV, dont seulement 100 sont filtrés et examinés manuellement par les consultants.
Ce processus de sélection est chronophage et risque parfois de passer à côté de meilleurs profils. De plus, Job Connect consacre beaucoup de temps administratif à facturer les clients manuellement. Avec les nouvelles technologies sous Odoo, Job Connect vise à digitaliser le processus de recrutement, optimiser et moderniser les étapes, de la publication des offres d'emploi à la gestion des candidatures et aux entretiens, et également rendre le processus de facturation plus efficace pour améliorer l'activité commerciale.

JOIN Solutions successfully delivered a tailored Odoo implementation that went beyond standard configuration to meet the client’s unique operational needs. The project included advanced custom development, most notably a fully customized Customer Success Management (CSM) module to enhance customer lifecycle tracking and engagement. In addition, we implemented significant website and customer portal enhancements, enabling users to interact more dynamically with the system, including the ability to edit their Sales Orders and access real-time information. Across Helpdesk, CRM, and Sales, we introduced new computed fields and improved workflows to provide deeper insights, better tracking, and enhanced decision-making capabilities, along with integration of third-party landing pages to automatically reflect and generate Leads within the system.
On the HR and operations side, we developed customized validation rules for specific leave types within Time Off, as well as automated payroll batch (payslip) generation and approval workflows for contract changes to ensure governance and compliance. We also implemented automatic document mapping, linking key Sales data fields directly to the Documents module for structured document management and traceability. Furthermore, we deployed a wide range of automation rules to streamline business processes, including automatic reminders, system-triggered actions, and follow-up emails. These enhancements significantly reduced manual effort, improved operational efficiency, and elevated the overall user experience, positioning the client for scalable growth and stronger customer engagement.
