Dalma Humanitarian City is a pioneering developmental model for a specialized city dedicated to providing a comprehensive system of rehabilitation, educational, health, and social services for people with disabilities. The city aims to empower individuals with disabilities to integrate effectively into society, enhancing their independence and quality of life. As a developmental framework, it seeks to meet the needs of this group, with future plans for expansion to address the growing needs in the region.

De regenbOog wil dat gehandicapten gelijke kansen krijgen in hun vrije tijd en biedt hiervoor en brede waaier van activiteiten aan. cover medical assistance, food distribution, disaster response, and social support, delivering essential
aid to communities affected by poverty, crises, or displacement. As DLPA expanded its operations, the
organization faced challenges in coordinating programs, tracking resources, and managing beneficiary
data efficiently. Partnering with Circosoft, DLPA implemented a fully integrated Odoo ERP solution that
centralizes and synchronizes all core functions. This digital transformation streamlined workflows,
improved data accuracy, automated reporting, and enhanced collaboration across teams, enabling DLPA
to deliver aid more effectively, respond rapidly to emergencies, and maximize its positive impact across
